Our wedding was absolutely perfect and went off without a hitch, or so I thought. At the end of the night I remarked to my bridesmaid how smoothly I thought everything went to which she replied “you’re the bride so that’s exactly how you should feel. But in reality Nicki was fighting fires all day.” Although we were getting ready at the venue, I truly had no idea what was took on behind the scenes. Every time Nicki needed to talk to me during the day, she was cool as a cucumber. I only know that other vendors were causing chaos behind the scenes because my bridal party is curious.

Nicki is incredible at what she does. Everyone kept remarking about how calm I seemed on the day of the wedding ,which is not how I normally handle stress, but I knew that I didn’t need to worry because I knew Nicki would handle everything.

During the planning I left a lot of the detailed work to Nicki, often saying “you’re the expert, I trust you.” I gave Nicki guidelines on what I liked and left the rest up to her. She gave me veto right to anything she suggested but I didn’t need it. Walking into our reception set up was a dream. It was everything I wanted but didn’t have the words or know how to implement.

I would encourage any bride to be to hire Nicki. Her knowledge and organizational skills set you up for success from day one. Her timeline helped keep me on task and was tremendous help. She is passionate about her couples and making sure they have the best wedding possible. She will fight for them when needed. She’s the best and any bride would be lucky to have her!

Where to start! Nicki did an amazing job helping us with both of our wedding dates (the 2020 date was rescheduled due to COVID). My (now husband) and I live in a different state, and Nicki was so great at helping us plan from afar. She was thorough, honest, and caring throughout the planning process. Nicki is passionate about her couples and making sure the vision comes true. She is also so relaxed and organized, making you always feel at ease. We were able to fully focus on the fun of the ceremony - dancing, eating, drinking because we knew she had everything else operating so well. Overall, we couldn't recommend Nicki Paige Collections more for planning your big day!

I don't know where we would be today without NPC! We hired her to be our day of planner, but she was so helpful throughout the entire planning process to answer questions, attending our tasting, etc. We were 5 days out from our big day when COVID struck, but Nicki immediately jumped into action rescheduling our wedding within hours. When things still weren't looking good for our rescheduled date she took action and rescheduled us again for a second time. Thanks to her we were able to keep every single one of our chosen vendors! When we were finally able to celebrate more than a year later she went above and beyond to make our day perfect, her hard work and passion comes through in every detail. 10/10 would recommend Nicki for your wedding!

Our day would not have been anything close to what it was if we did not have Nicki! After months & months of planning our dream wedding with Nicki, we had to drastically change our plans due to the pandemic. Nicki listened to us and ensured us that our day would be special no matter what. She immediately came up with a new plan for our micro-wedding, while still incorporating parts of our day that we wanted to maintain from our original plans. We had no problem putting all of our trust into Nicki from the start and I am so glad we did because our wedding day would not have been the same without her. Nicki meticulously planned the most beautiful and intimate wedding day for us. I had absolutely no stress on the day of our wedding and I can confidently say that was due to Nicki's planning. We will forever be thankful for everything Nicki had done for us, especially during such a stressful year. We highly recommend her for your wedding planning!

As a Covid bride (ugh.. I know right) I have to say, all of my fears and doubts were pushed to the side thanks to having Nicki as our wedding planner! She took the reigns & made sure to get everything rescheduled when we needed to push our wedding day back 6 months & did it so quickly! Nicki was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an amazing job making our wedding day perfect! I could rave about a number of things when it comes to working with her but I think one of the biggest benefits was that she brought a perspective to the planning process that I didn't have - she pointed out a number of areas when it came to things like our layout or contracts with other vendors that I hadn't considered and had she not said anything, could have been an issue. Our day ran seamlessly without any stress on my end thanks to her. When it came to design and decor, she has a great eye for this which made things easy when it came to picking out details such as rentals and linens. I cannot recommend Nicki enough!

I hired Nicki for month of coordination almost a year before the big day. To say she is helpful is an understatement. Nicki helped me so much along the way even though she didn’t have to. She answered all of my crazy questions down to the most minute detail. She truly is a professional in every aspect of the industry. She is so prepared for everything that could go wrong and makes sure they go right. She was always in communication and made sure our day was done how we wanted it. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to lean on.

You never would have known that she had not been apart of the planning process the entire time. Nicki was exactly what we needed for our wedding day! We booked Nicki for the “month of” planning & coordinating services. Having an event-planning background, I was very comfortable planning the bulk of our wedding and enjoyed doing most of it. However, no bride wants to be doing that on her wedding day! And that’s where Nicki came in. 

Upon booking with Nicki Paige Collection, she shared links and google documents that helped make the planning process incredibly easy and helped keep us both organized. Even though she wasn’t technically contracted in the many months leading up to the wedding, she was more than happy to respond to a few quick emails I had and assured me she was keeping an eye out on the documents as I would fill them in, making sure I was tracking on the many “to-do’s”! 

Month of - Nicki was ready to roll and stepped in - making the timeline, floorpan and coordinating with my vendors on my behalf and really making the last month leading up to our wedding smooth. 

Our wedding day definitely had some eventful weather — when it started raining exactly when our outdoor ceremony was about to begin, she was so calm and cool and in the zone to make sure guests were being taken care of and me! Luckily it stopped after a few short moments and she still kept our timeline fairly on track which shows how flexible and fast thinking she is and was so quick to have a back up plan. 

Nicki is so incredibly sweet, organized and so on top of it! She also has an amazing eye for details and design which also came in handy! 

We are so thankful we found Nicki and would 1000% urge any future brides out there to book with her.

There are a million things I could say about my experience with Nicki Paige Collection but we'd be here all day! Nicki was such an amazing source of ideas, opinions and advice throughout this entire process. My fiance and I had the unfortunate experience of having to push our wedding two days later due to Hurricane Dorian. Weddings can be very stressful in and of themselves, but adding in a reschedule can really throw a wrench in things. Nicki was there for me every minute of the day. She kept me calm and reassured me that everything was going to be perfect - AND IT WAS! She truly has found her calling in wedding planning & coordinating. She was able to contact every vendor and reschedule them for our new date with absolutely no issue at all.
